Mr. Rawdin's professional background includes a legal and accounting concentration in tax, business, estate planning, investment analysis and legal claims and class action settlement administration. He serves as advisor to many businesses, attorneys and law firms, providing strategic and ongoing business advice. Mr. Rawdin is a member of several boards of directors.
